North and east, only 30 km away, the Baltic Sea coast lures with white sand beaches and exciting beach life. Whoever would like to enjoy big city flair can reach the state capital Kiel (25 km), Luebeck (50 km) or Hamburg (80 km) within short distance. And even the North Sea with its impressive changes from ebb-tide to high tide is only approx. 2 hours away.
